Terms and Conditions: Pine Oak Paradise Homestay for Self-Discovery.

Welcome to Pine Oak Paradise. By booking a stay with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These rules are designed to ensure a safe and respectful environment for our guests and the local village community.

1. Guest Identification

  • All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) upon check-in.

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Smoking & Alcohol Policy

  • Strictly Indoor: To respect the local village culture and our neighbors, smoking and the consumption of alcohol are permitted only inside your private guest room.

  • Common Areas: Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited in all open and common areas, including the restaurant, open terrace, bonfire area, and the surrounding grounds.

  • Conduct: We expect guests to maintain decorum. Any disturbance caused to other guests or the local community due to intoxication may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

3. Property Damage & Liability

  • Guest Responsibility: Guests are held financially responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

  • Damage Charges: If any damage is done to bedsheets (stains/burns), the TV, crockery, furniture, or room fixtures, the guest will be required to pay the full replacement or repair cost before check-out.

  • Inspection: Rooms will be inspected at the time of check-out to ensure all items are in their original condition.

4. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.

  • Please adhere to these timings to allow us to prepare the room for the next guest.

5. Safety & Security

  • Valuables: Pine Oak Paradise is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure.

  • Payment Security: As per our booking policy, always “double-cross” and verify payment details via Call or WhatsApp before transferring funds. We are not responsible for any third-party fraud.

6. House Rules

  • Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10:00 PM to maintain the peaceful village atmosphere.

  • Outside Guests: Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 10:00 PM without prior permission from management.
