At Pine Oak Paradise, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change. However, as a family-run homestay with limited rooms, cancellations significantly impact our operations. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our hosting family.
1. The Booking Process
To ensure your transaction is legitimate and your room is secured, please follow these steps:

Verify First: Contact us via Call or WhatsApp to confirm room availability for your specific dates.

Payment: Only after confirmation should you deposit the booking amount.

Cross-Check: Always “double-cross” and verify the bank or UPI details with us directly before hitting ‘send’ to ensure you are paying the official account.
2. Cancellation Terms
Our refund amounts are determined by how far in advance you notify us of your cancellation:

30 Days or More Before Arrival:

You are eligible for a Full Refund of the advance booking amount.

7 to 30 Days Before Arrival:

You are eligible for a 50% Refund of the booking amount.

Less than 7 Days Before Arrival:

No Refund will be issued for cancellations made within this window or for “no-shows.”

3. Refund Processing

All eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment source.

Please allow 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Any bank transaction charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Cancel
To initiate a cancellation, please send us a written request via WhatsApp or Email with your booking details. The cancellation time will be recorded from the moment we receive your message.
