By proceeding with a reservation at Pine Oak Paradise, you agree to the following booking terms. We have established these protocols to ensure a secure transaction and a comfortable stay for all our guests.

1. Mandatory Verification Process

To protect our guests from online travel fraud, we follow a strict “Verify Before You Pay” policy:

  • Step 1: You must contact us via Call or WhatsApp to confirm room availability for your selected dates.

  • Step 2: Double-check the payment details (UPI/Bank) with us directly through our official contact number before transferring any funds.

  • Step 3: Once the transfer is complete, share the transaction screenshot with us to receive your booking confirmation.

⚠️ Fraud Disclaimer: Pine Oak Paradise is not responsible for any financial loss or fraudulent activity if payments are made to unverified accounts. Please “double-cross” and confirm with us directly before every transaction.

2. Payment Requirements

  • Advance Deposit: A minimum booking amount (as specified during your inquiry) is required to secure your room.

  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance of the total booking amount must be cleared upon Check-in.

  • Extras: Any additional charges (extra meals, laundry, or travel desk services) must be settled before Check-out.

3. Stay & Property Policies

  • Occupancy: Only the number of guests specified during the booking will be allowed. Extra persons may be charged a supplementary fee.

  • Respecting the Local Culture: As we are located in a traditional Himachali village, guests are expected to maintain decorum and keep noise levels low, especially after 10:00 PM.

  • No Smoking/Drinking in Open Areas: For the comfort of all families and neighbors, smoking and alcohol consumption are permitted strictly inside your guest rooms only.

4. Damage & Liability

  • Property Care: Guests are responsible for the furniture and fixtures in their rooms.

  • Damage Fees: In the event of damage to bedsheets, towels, crockery, TVs, or furniture, the guest will be liable to pay the full repair or replacement cost before departure.

5. Travel Desk & Local Tours

  • Our travel desk offers local sightseeing and guidance to nearby attractions like the Mahunag Temple.

  • Travel services are subject to vehicle availability and local weather conditions.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your booking deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Booking Terms, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.
